The ladies in the office have always been absolutely superb.  Jamie is extremely personable and has been a tremendous help since day 1 with anything you can imagine and was the very first person to make me feel right at home here.  Whitney had the great challenge of helping me to understand paperwork and managed to practically hold my hand to help me get through it all as I prepared to leave.  Brenda absolutely takes the cake though.  I had one issue while I’ve been here and when Brenda heard me huffing and puffing she came out to help solve the problem.  She was incredibly helpful and friendly (something that can’t be easy when you’re dealing with a grown man throwing a fit in your office).  Bottom line is that she worked with me to find a solution and then even bent over backwards to make sure that I would be able to clear my apartment on time.  She definitely went above and beyond and for that alone I will recommend to all of my friends coming here to look at the Heights for an apartment.

Everyone here makes it a point to make you feel welcome and work to understand and solve any issues that arise.  They took great care of my place while I was gone for an extended period of time and bend over backwards to help however they can.  There are a couple bad reviews on here and I’m willing to lay money on the fact that the people who wrote them happen to be individuals who didn’t give written notice that they needed to move with enough time to save themselves from paying their last month’s rent.  Take it from someone who knows first hand from learning the hard way and save yourself from frustration and from losing a couple bucks by making sure you get that notice in on time and IN WRITING when it comes time to move away.  These lovely ladies will also appreciate it as it is probably the most frequent problem they deal with being near a military post.

Overall I loved my time at the Heights and will certainly be back if I ever come to northern New York again.
